Our neighborhood association is voluntary and you are invited to take part. Our goal is to enhance the quality of our lives. Homeowner associations are usually mandatory. They charge dues and limit your own use of your own property. How much does it cost to be a member of Westlink Neighborhood Association?  It is FREE to be a full-fledged and voting member of WNA if you live or have a business within the boundaries.  Some folks choose to support WNA more, some by volunteering their time and some by contributing $10/year.
